• Sugar
• Rice
• Green gram
• Cow ghee
• Cardamom

How to use:

• For one glass of Kris Chekkara Pongali mix, boil 3 glasses of water in a vessel.
• Once the water starts boiling add Kris Chekkara Pongali mix into a vessel, sir once, place the lid and cook for 12to 15 minutes on low flame.
